Final Blog

1, I think both NetAcademy and Ferris Online helped my learn English. Because I can see my English skills and levels clearly from these websites. NetAcademy shows my level of English skills and reading speed, and also it has many vocabularies. And Ferris Online is English only, so I can learn my listening skills from it, but it has many study programs which are dramas, odd news and so on. It makes me enjoy to study especially Living English. So, both websites helped my studying mighty.

2, I feel listening skills have improved this semester. Because I think I could to listen to the import of speaking by English-speaker clearly more than before. When I see the movie last night, I couldn’t understand all talks perfectly, but I could catch details of the story overall without Japanese subtitles.

3, I think my rate is 4. Because I concentrated and enjoyed about my English study every classes, in my own way, I studied English and learning my skills hard at Friday’s classes. But, recently, I didn’t study by using NetAcademy or Ferris Online at home. If I study at home more, I could my rate was 5. So, my rate is 4, I think so.

4, I learned I need more vocabularies and idioms for all of my English skills. When I study English, watch TV (in English) and see movies I think so. Because I can’t catch the contents of story or talking perfectly. If I have more vocabulary and idioms, I can read, listen, speak and communicate in English very easily. So, I must study everyday not to forget vocabulary and English skills, and I want to be able to use English smoothly.

Blog 11

(a)In January 6th, I studied only Listening at NetAcademy and Ferris Online. At NetAcademy, I challenged level4 what unit were 13 and 41. It took about 20minutes. And at Ferris Online, I watched an Austlarian drama ep 11～13 about 40minutes.
(b)Yesterday, I felt the level4 at NetAcademy was difficult. Because it has some vocabulary what I did'nt know still. But, I could answer the review quiz about two-thirds. And, the Austlarian drama is very interesting!! Because the story is fun, also I could learn convenient conversation skills.
(c)At NetAcademy, I caught about 10 vocabulary. I will add these vocabulary to my list. At Ferris Online, I learned some useful expressions.  First, ep11, how to use "Can I help you anything?" and adjective, also how to describe the person. Next, ep12, hot to say number and date. I learned November 5th=the fifth of November and how to use flactions. Also in ep12, I learned after "at" is time and after "on" is date. Finally, ep13, how to say phone number. For example, 8366279 is "eight-three-double six-two-seven-ninne". So, if the same number is in two rows, we say it "double～".
(d)I found the number of my vocabulary isn't enough. So, I will practice vocabulary quiz at NetAcademy in the next class.
